I went to college with a guy named Carson, who, funnily enough, actually had a lot in common with these Carson Low Sneakers from Rancourt. He, too, was classically handsome. And made in America. And water-resistant (shut up, it counts). Of course, these Maine-made, #10 cotton duck upper-ed, Vibram-sole-d sneakers come in eight colors, and Carson only came in the one (white). And I’m pretty sure he didn’t have any solid brass eyelets anywhere on his person. Still though, lots of similarities.
