You ever meet, like, a scientist, or mathematician, or some other super smart person at a party, and they say a whole bunch of super smart shit that’s totally over your head, and you just smile and nod and try not to let on that you have no idea what they’re talking about? That’s kind of how I feel when I read Outlier’s product descriptions. Case in point, here’s what they wrote about these Injected Linen Baggies: “A radical warp-knit weft-insertion construction technique creates a linen-poly fabric that is remarkably open to the air yet opaque to the eye.” I’m literally smiling and nodding at my computer screen right now. Meanwhile, all I’m thinking is “shorts cool. Me wantee.”
