So, the New York Times came out with a whole bunch of merch at the end of last year, which, on the one hand, I feel kind of weird about, because, like, what the hell is a (mostly) reputable paper doing hocking logo tees? But then, on the other hand, I’m kind of stoked about, because most of the pieces were made by Knickerbocker Mfg. Co., and Knickerbocker Mfg. Co. makes good shit. The sweats are cool, the hats are solid, but it’s that Bill Cunningham inspired chore coat that really steals the show (and it’s $50 off right now). I think the stoked feeling is going to win out on this one. Now, if only the Times would cool it with all of those godawful op-eds.
