Damn, only four days in to 2016, and Epaulet has already dropped what might be the best boots of the year. Their new Combat Boots are made in Portugal out of Couro Cromo Steerhide – a heavyweight cowhide that’s put through a month-long tanning process, which gives it a supple, water-resistant, and easily cleaned finish. The boots also have a combination rubber / leather sole and a Swiss-made RiRi side zipper for quick on and off. And, here’s the real kicker (punz!), they’re $295 a pair, which is about half of what some other brands are charging for very some similar styles. Two colors are available.
