It’s here! It’s finally here! I can’t believe the day has finally come. Let me explain: Halloween is my 3 year old son’s favorite holiday. He talks about monsters, ghosts and “scary spookies” damn near every day. We watch frickin’ Halloween Kids Songs on YouTube CON-STANT-LY. So, to be able to actually dress him up and take him trick or treating is something I truly look forward to. And, as a father, I have to take part in the shenanigans too, so he knows I enjoy it as much as he does. But that doesn’t mean I have to relinquish my style, especially since I prefer a predominately black, goth-y get-up anyways. From the satin varsity jacket – you know, so light bounces off of it and you can see us better at night – to the drop-shouldered sweater and cozy cord trousers to keep me warm. My feet need comfort, so the double-stitched crepe soled sneakers should take care of that. And since my little man is ridin’ dirty in a dinosaur costume, dad’s gotta come correct too.
