Admittedly, I’m not a bucket hat guy. Not because I don’t think they look cool or fit my general, casual skate-dad-who-doesn’t-skate-aesthetic, but because I lost my favorite Stussy bucket in a pond whilst riding a roller coaster at King’s Dominion when I was 12, and it was a truly traumatizing experience. But, I think I’m ready to hop back on the horse with Paa’s Bucket hats because they’re made in the US out of an amazing water-repellent Japanese fabric, so, should I have another traumatizing roller coaster/pond experience, I can have the hat fished out and it’ll still be wearable.
