Canada’s Oliberte recently unveiled its spring collection of all African sourced and made footwear. Several new styles have been introduced for the season, the standout of which – IMO, of course – is the new Narivo shoe. A summer-fied version of the brand’s immensely popular Adibo Boots, the Narivos have a desert boot shape, but with a casual low-top for when the temperature’s high. Nubuck, full grain and sheep leather uppers are available (all of which come from free-range animals, and, are tanned in low-impact ISO 14001 certified facilities). And the details include vegetable tanned leather midsoles, recycled crepe rubber wedge outsoles, and leather laces.
