“Do we know anyone at Garbstore?” This is the question Brad and I asked ourselves as we looked through the new The English Difference Collection, the independent London shop’s in-house label. Not because we want something sent our way (though a little editor’s discount never hurt anyone…) but to prostrate at their feet in homage of a collection that mixes tradition with just enough quirkiness to get our hearts a-thumpin’. Inspired by English cricket, these crewneck sweaters, cardigans, and kimonos are cut and sewn in the UK and feature a medley of colorful horizontal and vertical stripes.
