Apparently, my wife used to have an impressive collection of Doc Martens. Every color. Highs and lows. It was her “thing.” She gave them all away in college, and brings up her regret about it once a month. So she’s probably gonna be extra jealous when I get myself a pair of these new Dr. Martens x Engineered Garments Ghillie Shoes. Made in England, they feature the classic Doc Marten air-cushioned sole and yellow stitching, but with some very special, very EG additions, like an asymmetrical vamp and mismatched eyelets. I guess I could get her a pair too – but where’s the fun in that?
