Ugh, as if I needed another reason to love (read: want to throw all of my money at) Stan Ray. Look at these new M51s. LOOK AT THEM. Easily as nice as the Real McCoy’s / Buzz Rickson’s repros, but less than half the price. C’mon! There are three to choose from: two are made from heavyweight cotton taffeta, and one from deadstock military-issue Gore-Tex (again, c’mon!), all three are cut and sewn in Portugal, and prices start at around $200 (without the VAT). Take me, Stan Ray. My body (and bank account) are yours.
