Of all the new brands I saw at Capsule NYC back in July, Alex Crane was easily the most exciting. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything available for purchase on their website at the time, so I never wound up writing about them. But, last week the label posted their AW15 collection of unisex shirts, shorts, hats, and outerwear, and now I’m just as excited all over again. The Playa Shirts are designed and made in Brooklyn out of 100% linen fabrics, have chalks buttons, cost $148 a pop, and look to be well worth the wait.
