Woolrich Worker’s Tweed Jacket

By Nick Grant

You can’t talk about extraordinary outerwear without mentioning Woolrich. And their new Worker’s Tweed Jacket shows the brand is just as on their game as they ever were. A workwear-ified version of their iconic Field Blazer, the jacket is made in Italy from flecked tweed and features three patch pockets, working cuffs and a single vent in the back. Quality, function and style – I can’t think of a much better way to welcome the cooler months ahead than that.

Great looking jacket. I think it’s worth it to further distinguish that this piece is made under the Woolrich John Rich & Bros label, which is quite different from the regular Woolrich line, and the WWM products currently designed under McNairy (which has been more miss than hit, even more so than Daiki IMO). The WJRB stuff has really been solid as of late.

Love it, but even a size XL would not fit me in the shoulders…

Agreed. This is dope, and I’d think about buying it at the current price of $345, but the shoulder measurements are all off. Which is strange considering the chest measurements are more or less what you’d expect.
