Knowledge Twisted Twill Chinos

Between having no American stockists, and receiving almost no mentions in the American press, it’s understandable if you aren’t familiar with Denmark’s Knowledge Cotton Apparel. That said, I can tell you from my own experience they’re well worth getting acquainted with. Not only do their pieces fit and look great, they’re also made in the EU and entirely from organic cotton (remember that stuff?). The prep-inspired Twisted Twill Chinos feature a slim fit, front watch pocket and hand-abraded edges for a nice, worn-in look. British e-tailer Colibri has them in two summertastic colors, and – even more enticement to give the brand a try – both are currently 40% off.

Being a Dane and being exposed to KCA on a daily basis, I’ve got to say, that there’s just something off with them. That being fabric, cut and general feel. Furthermore they’ve messed up their brand by selling it to a lot of stores with the wrong profile, so you see a lot of kids wearing them basically.

I think, you’ve got so many perfect options in the US like Epaulet or some of the insanely affordable options from Gung Ho / Stan Ray / Earl’s Apparel.

    Just my two cents.
