The Friday Find: Wolf vs. Goat Chino Sale at Blue Owl

What’s on sale RIGHT NOW.

Last time I posted on something from D.C.’s Wolf vs. Goat, I made a point of mentioning that I hadn’t actually seen the products first hand, so I wasn’t 110% sure I could vouch for them. Since then, a number of readers have written in to let me know that WvsG’s goods are indeed up to snuff. So, going on their word, I thought I’d give a heads-up about the WvsG chino sale happening right now at Blue Owl. There are four colorways, all crafted in the US from overdyed 8 oz. ringspun cotton twill and finished with genuine horn buttons. And though the model shots aren’t the most flattering, according to the measurement chart, these actually sound like they have a pretty good fit. Lots of sizes are left, all at a hefty 46% off (plus free shipping). Have a great weekend.

good find, blue owl’s product shots are always unflattering, but the fit on these is really rad.

Indeed. The product shots on these look terrible. They also look terrible on the WVG site. There is a lookbook of the WVG stuff that has like one picture that shows how they really look! It’s as though they want to keep demand down so it’s easy for me to pick them up :-)

Kidding aside, these are really great chinos. They are not super slim fitting like Wings and Horns, and they are not super wide like a Buzz Rickson or Bill’s Khakis.

Just a nice, solid pair of american made chinos.
