Owner Operator Operator 111 Parka

When it comes to outerwear, it always seems like the more functional the piece, the worse it looks. Finding a jacket that’s attractive, and, that can stand up to the elements – it’s a near impossibility. So, when it does happen, it’s something to be celebrated. The Operator 111 Parka from Owner Operator is made in NYC from breathable / waterproof Japanese nylon. Designed by lifelong snowboarders, the jacket comes equipped with a bevy of technical details, but, thanks to its classic design, is still stylish enough for wear off the mountain as well. Features include an adjustable hood with brim, stamped logo buttons, fully taped seams, two-way entry hip pockets, Velcro chest pockets, interior zip and patch pockets, powder skirt, bottom hem cinch, and a slim, performance fit (I wasn’t kidding about that bevy). Five as-classic-as-the-design colorways are available, each more handsome than the last. Champagne anyone?

    Brad,

I’ve really been benefitting from your technical outerwear posts. Going to pick up a pair of these snowpants and also grab one of the Finisterre jackets. Love the site. Keep up the great work.
